Reminder: Wednesday, February 8, 2017 – our day on the sledding hills – weather permitting!
Friday, February 10, 2017 – read-a-thon celebration, Hundred’s Day celebration
Tuesday, February 14th – Valentine’s Day – please have your child just sign their name to their Valentine cards. This makes it much easier for them to hand out.
We will be celebrating 100’s Day and the end of our read-a-thon on Friday, February 10th. We will be counting to 100 through games, and reading and writing activities.
Thank you for supporting our read-a-thon. Please be sure to keep reading this week. The children are very excited to post the number of books read on our classroom graph and to tally the class total daily. Our class has read 359 so far! The gummy worms are flying off my desk daily!
Congratulations to our gummy worm award winners: Braelyn, Joshua, Lindsay, Mackenzie, Conor, Jayden, Emily, Elizabeth, Freya, Alexa, Danielle. Way to go, keep on reading!!!
